  1. Groom the mushroom
  2. Let it "sweat" in a hot frying pan. Peel and chop the onion
  3. When the liquid has boiled into the mushroom , increase the heat and place in the butter
  4. Saute for a while and then add the onion
  5. Let the onion soften and then pour in the wine and let it boil a bit
  6. Mix in the cream and broth
  7. Let it boil for about 5 minutes
  8. Mix the sauce smoothly together with the parsley
  9. Season with salt and pepper
