Ingredients

1/2 chanterelles (1 corresponds to approx. 300 g)

1/2 small yellow onion

1/2 tbsp butter or margarine

3/4 cup white wine

1 1/2 dl whipping cream

1 1/4 dl chicken broth (water and stock cube or stock)

1/2 cup chopped parsley

salt and pepper
Directions

Groom the mushroom
-
Let it "sweat" in a hot frying pan. Peel and chop the onion

When the liquid has boiled into the mushroom , increase the heat and place in the butter
-
Saute for a while and then add the onion
-
Let the onion soften and then pour in the wine and let it boil a bit
-
Mix in the cream and broth
-
Let it boil for about 5 minutes

Mix the sauce smoothly together with the parsley
-
Season with salt and pepper
